WISEPURA Aqua Flush 更換提示由 Absolute Pure EnviroSci Limited（APEL）提供。你提交登記即表示同意本條款。本服務只提供按你所選首次使用日期計算的提示，並不取代產品標籤、使用說明或專業意見。The WISEPURA Aqua Flush replacement reminder is provided by Absolute Pure EnviroSci Limited (APEL). By registering, you agree to these terms. The service provides reminders calculated from the first-use date you select and does not replace product labels, instructions or professional advice.
你須提供有效電郵地址及準確的首次使用日期。提示通常每六星期發送一次，但實際傳送時間可能受電郵服務、系統維護或其他超出合理控制範圍的情況影響。未收到提示不會改變產品的建議更換時間。You must provide a valid email address and an accurate first-use date. Reminders are generally sent every six weeks, but delivery may be affected by email services, maintenance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Failure to receive a reminder does not change the recommended replacement timing.
你可隨時透過電郵內的取消訂閱連結停止提示。一般產品消息、優惠及市場推廣屬獨立選項；只有在你勾選相關同意欄後，我們才會按該選擇使用你的資料。撤回市場推廣同意不影響你在撤回前已合法進行的資料處理。You may stop reminders at any time through the unsubscribe link in an email. General product news, offers and marketing are a separate choice and we will use your details for those purposes only when you select the relevant consent box. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
我們可因營運、技術、法律或保安理由更新、暫停或終止本服務，並會在合理可行情況下提供通知。在法律容許的最大範圍內，APEL 不對因延誤、電郵被攔截、資料錯誤或服務中斷而引致的間接或後果性損失負責。We may update, suspend or end the service for operational, technical, legal or security reasons and will provide notice where reasonably practicable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, APEL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from delay, filtered email, incorrect information or interruption of the service.

我們使用資料確認登記、計算及發送六星期更換提示、回覆查詢、維護服務安全、改善服務，以及履行法律責任。只有在你另行同意後，我們才會發送一般 WISEPURA 產品消息、優惠或市場推廣資訊。We use information to confirm registration, calculate and send six-week replacement reminders, respond to enquiries, maintain service security, improve the service and meet legal obligations. We send general WISEPURA product news, offers or marketing only after your separate opt-in.
我們不會出售或出租你的個人資料。我們可向代表我們提供網站寄存、客戶資料管理、電郵傳送、自動化、分析或保安服務的供應商披露所需資料，包括 Shopify 及相關電郵服務供應商；亦可在法律要求或保障合法權益時披露資料。We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose necessary information to providers that support hosting, customer data management, email delivery, automation, analytics or security on our behalf, including Shopify and relevant email service providers, and where required by law or to protect legitimate rights.
我們只會在提供服務、處理爭議及遵守法律所需的期間保存資料。部分服務供應商可能在香港以外處理資料；我們會採取合理合約及技術措施保障資料。互聯網傳輸並非絕對安全，因此我們不能保證零風險。We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, handle disputes and comply with law. Some providers may process data outside Hong Kong; we use reasonable contractual and technical safeguards. Internet transmission is not completely secure and we cannot guarantee zero risk.
你可要求查閱或更正個人資料，撤回市場推廣同意，或要求刪除不再需要的資料，但法律要求保存的資料除外。你亦可透過任何提示或推廣電郵內的取消訂閱連結停止相關訊息。You may request access to or correction of personal information, withdraw marketing consent, or request deletion of information no longer needed, subject to legal retention requirements.
